Returns

Returns will only be made for item(s) that were sent in error. If this is the case, please contact connect@sunkissedfoodz.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Please ensure all returned items are in the original packaging.


Refunds

Please note we only offer a refund on defective item(s). To be eligible for a refund, please contact connect@sunkissedfoodz.com within 24 hours along with an image of the defective item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. Please note, refunds can take between 7 – 14 days. In the event that any seals or tags are removed or tampered with, we shall not permit the item for a refund.


Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within 7 – 14 days, please contact the Sunkissed Foodz Team at connect@sunkissedfoodz.com.
